The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort is an ultra-luxury destination in the Dominican Republic, offering 200 opulent rooms and 9 distinct culinary and leisure experiences. I contributed by providing physical, historical, and social insights, as well as mood boards for all the food & beverage concepts incorporating local elements while aligning with the brand's vision.
1. Three-Meal Restaurant
This food-hall-style restaurant blends comfort and luxury, offering fresh, locally sourced dishes from morning pastries to evening crudo, inviting guests to explore and share a variety of culinary experiences from sunrise to sunset.
2. Café & Lounge
This small space transforms from a daytime café serving freshly brewed coffee, smoothies, and housemade ice cream to an evening lounge offering craft cocktails, champagne, and small plates inspired by the beachfront.
3. Pool Bar & Grill
This casual outdoor eatery offers stunning pool views, fresh seafood, grilled favorites, and chilled cocktails, perfect for enjoying the Dominican sun.
4. Beach Bar
This open-air bar blends beachside glamour and relaxation, serving fresh cocktails like Coco Locos and beach-ready food, all with stunning ocean views.
5. Signature Cocktail Bar
The signature St. Regis bar, featuring a stunning commissioned mural, offers the finest luxury craft cocktails. Live cocktail demo provide opportunities to show off handmade serving vessels and highlight the fresh tropical garnishes on offer.
6. Roof Top Pool Bar
This indoor-outdoor venue combines stunning Cap Cana views with an upscale tiki vibe, serving refined cocktails, daytime poolside classics, and Latin tapas at night.
7. Rum & Cigar Room
The rum and cigar room, with its rich hues and speakeasy vibe, showcases regional and international rums, offering an intimate setting for conversations and mixology events.
8. Steakhouse
This Latin steakhouse in Punta Cana pairs stunning ocean views with perfectly grilled meats, fresh local ingredients, fine Latin American wines, and live weekend music for a true Caribbean dining experience.
